Andrew "Andy" Bailey was born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He was the captain of the Laramie County Community College basketball team before finishing his playing career at Southern Virginia University, where he earned a degree in history. Following his undergraduate studies, he worked in the sales industry and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming’s College of Law.

Along the way, Andy met his wife in Virginia, with whom he has four children.

Andy’s practice focuses on civil and criminal litigation across a variety of areas of the law, including business transactions, personal injury, family law and more.

He's also a lead writer for Bleacher Report, the world’s most engaged sports media brand on social media, where he has worked for over a decade. He has covered the NBA, MLB and NFL and has extensive experience in investigating and arguing in front of audiences on television and radio.

Andy’s wide-ranging professional background gives him a unique perspective and advantage in the Courtroom.
